The standard we aim for
We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our target when we design and test this site. It is the common standard for making web pages work for people with disabilities. It covers the requests we send, their progress, your receipts, and your account settings.
What is built in
- Headings, labels and menus a screen reader reads out
- Everything works by keyboard, with your place always visible
- Status shown in words and icons, never color alone
- Extra animation switches off if your device asks for less motion
- Pages that still work zoomed in, or on a phone
- Clear error, loading, empty and confirmation messages
- Descriptions and zoom for proof images, where possible
What we have not checked
No one has tested the whole site by hand yet — the main tasks, by keyboard, with a screen reader, zoomed in, checking contrast, motion and errors. So we cannot say we meet the standard, and we have no full list of problems. Automated tools cover some pages, but they cannot prove it alone.
When we confirm a problem, we record who found it, the task, the page, any workaround, and whether it is fixed.
Report a problem
- Email support@databrokerremover.com with the page, what you were doing, and what you were using: browser, device, screen reader.
- Ask for any page in plain text or another format.
- Not fixed by the first reply? Ask in the same thread, and another person reviews it.
- Never send passwords, login codes, card details or ID documents.
