Every number answers a specific question.

How we count coverage, what counts as a successful submission, and where each claim comes from.

Six units. Six meanings.

We never substitute one for another in a headline.

Broker organization
A distinct organization in the public broker catalog. A listing does not establish a verified workflow or customer eligibility. Brands, shared actions and actual submissions are tracked separately; availability varies by broker and state.
Direct action
A specific opt-out page or process where the service does the work for you.
Covered brand
A consumer-facing site or name reached by a direct action.
Operator family
Confirmed related brands reached through one shared action.
Certified workflow
A reviewed workflow that customers can use today.
Submission Receipt
The record we create for you once we hold proof that the request was submitted.

Certification comes before coverage.

A ready internal workflow isn’t public coverage until confirmed. If it degrades, its public state changes immediately — past receipts don’t keep a broken workflow labeled as working.

  • Submission and confirmation behavior
  • Acceptable evidence capture and safety stops
  • Workflow owner, current status, and last-confirmed date

The outcome vocabulary.

Statuses describe evidence, not optimism.

Supported
A verified workflow is approved and available for eligible requests.
Request submitted
We sent the request, and a valid Submission Receipt exists to show it.
Confirmation handled
The broker reply matched what we expected, so we completed it for you.
Broker confirmation received
The broker acknowledged the request or described an outcome in its own terms.
Prior request active
The earlier request remains active or another request is not yet eligible.
Not found
We did not find a close enough match. This is not counted as removal.
Processing
We’re handling your request. An unresolved issue is not counted as a successful submission.

Sources are ranked by the question they can answer.

Broker first-party pages set current workflow facts; independent research sets external context. We correct or withdraw a fact when its source changes — send corrections to support@databrokerremover.com.
