The site, its operator, and the data categories it exposes — plus the direct action, required search, fields sent, submission method, confirmation behavior, and any other brands reached.

What the Submission Receipt contains

Its acceptable evidence type — screenshot, sent-message artifact, broker receipt, request number, or documented limitation. A receipt proves submission, not deletion.

Quarterly eligibility

Whether the broker accepts another request, keeps an earlier suppression in place, or applies a waiting period.
